To facilitate the transition to Adaptive Planning, the Budget Office will enter all budget amendments into Adaptive Planning for the remainder of FY25 using an online submission template. These amendments should be used sparingly to reallocate the budget as needed throughout the fiscal year. Additionally, the Budget Office will process any supporting journal entries to move the revenue actuals for state operating USources. Starting in FY26, after the necessary training, this responsibility will be transferred to individual end users.
