Budget Amendments (BA) are used to revise the working budget throughout the fiscal year. Once the working budget is completed, it can only be changed by a Budget Amendment.
UMD has transitioned from the Budget Preparation and Maintenance (BPM) system to Adaptive Planning as the new working budget system. This page provides access to the legacy BPM system for reference and historical data.
